Diabetes Manage-Net
Manage-Net is an interactive diabetes management
program developed by St. John's Mercy Medical Group (MMG). The goal of the program is to
assist people with diabetes in managing their diabetes by providing them with
tools and periodic feedback from their health care providers. By using Manage-Net,
MMG patients learn about living well with diabetes. If you are the patient of
a Mercy Medical Group physician and have type 2 diabetes, you may be eligible
for this program. Please speak with your MMG physician.
