We are having a clinical research study for kids and teenagers who suffer from moderate to severe migraine headaches. This study will see if the combination medication being tested works safely to get rid of migraine pain.

Your child may be able to participate in this study if he or she:

• Is 12 to 17 years old
• Has had 2 to 8 migraine attacks each month for the past 6 months
• Is able to tell when a headache is a migraine instead of a
  regular headache
• Weighs at least 74 pounds

Study participation could possibly last up to 6 months and include up to
