Music Therapy

Music therapy offers individualized treatment to help people manage their stress and pain through specific relaxation training. Music therapy also can be used to assist in childbirth. This can help the laboring mother relax and increase energy levels and support in a reduced-medication or even drug-free labor/delivery. Treatment is provided by a professional therapist and doula who has certification in the field of music therapy.
