Compounding Staff

	Located at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, Dave Patek holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Arts (Management and Leadership) from Webster University. Dave is responsible for the daily operations of the St. John’s compound program. Dave has also completed aggressive compound training from the University of Florida. He has held several managerial roles in distribution, customer service, quality assurance and has managed several patient assistance programs.
	Located at St. John's Mercy Hospital in Washington, MO, David Wallace R.Ph. holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and also is an Adjunct Instructor of Pharmacy Practice at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy. David has completed aggressive training from the University of Florida. In addition to compounding, David has extensive experience in management and administration.
