Flu Season 2007-2008

Now is the time to get your influenza (flu) shot. Vaccinations take approximately two weeks to become effective, and influenza generally peaks around the month of February. Flu Shot Clinics
For healthy individuals ages 4 through adult. Cost is $30 (no charge for St. John's Mercy co-workers). Medicare will be accepted.

Available every Monday AND Friday beginning October 8th through December 14th at St. John's Mercy Pharmacy-St. John's, located in the Mercy Doctors Building at St. Johns Mercy Medical Center.

Flumist (Nasal Flu Vaccine)
For healthy individuals ages 2 to 49. Cost is $30 ($5 for St. John's Mercy co-workers). Children under 24 months of age, children with asthma, and children under the age of 5 years with recurrent wheezing should not get FluMist. For further information you may visit the Flumist Web Site.
