if a potential employee has the basic physical abilities to meet the
critical physical job demands of the position they have been offered.

A Return
to Work Screening (RTWS) is the same as a PPS but is performed when an
employee has been out of work due to a personal or work related injury.
This screening assists the employer in determining if the employee is
physically able to safely return to work full duty. |
