Work Hardening is a specialized rehabilitation program that bridges the transition of an injured workers from outpatient therapies to returning to work full duty.

Work Hardening Program ranges from 4 to 8 hours in length, 3 to 5 day a week.  POWER offers work hardening at our Creve Coeur and Tesson locations.

 

Our job specific Work Hardening Program, combined with our emphasis on education, facilitates the prevention of future work-related injuries.
