About SJMMBH

St. John's Mercy Managed Behavioral Health (SJMMBH) is a comprehensive and integrated managed mental health and Member Assistance organization operated by St. John's Mercy Health Services. Managed care services including Utilization Management, Quality Improvement, and Administrative services are provided by employed staff in a call-center environment, while clinical care services are provided by a network of contracted providers. Member Assistance counseling is provided by both employed staff and contracted providers.
