St. John's Mercy Managed Behavioral Health is organized into two main customer segments:

Health Plan Case Management Services
SJMMBH serves HMO’s, PPO’s, and state employee purchasers and their members to ensure appropriate clinical care and cost containment. Our Case Management team is comprised of Registered Nurses, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Master Level Clinicians.

Case Management Services Includes:

• Assessment and Referral to Appropriate Level of Care
• Referral to Contracted Network Providers
• Coordination of Services
• Assistance in designing and carrying out treatment plan
• Progress Assessment
• Performance Improvement Programs
• Utilization Management Activity
• Long-Term Followup

Employee Assistance Program Service
Our EAP serves self-insured employers, health and welfare trust funds, their employees and dependents providing individual, group, and management counseling and consultation. For more information about the EAP click here.
