St. John's Mercy Heart to Heart Fair

Cardiovascular diseases are the number one killer of women.The key to staying healthy is to know your risks and manage your health wisely. To help assess your risk for heart disease, attend the St. John's Mercy Heart to Heart Fair. The event includes:

• FREE heart disease screenings for women and those that they love. Screenings include blood pressure, Body Mass Index, and finger stick blood test for cholesterol, blood glucose and triglycerides. Fasting is not required.
• Results reviewed by St. John's Mercy Health Care professionals
• Fitness and nutrition trainers
• Interactive exhibits
• Lifestyle, nutrition and fitness activities, and more!

Preregistration for this event has now closed. However, walk-ins are welcome both days of the fair.
