Fabulous Fridays: Cultivating Joy
Hosted by The Women’s Center of St. John’s Mercy

 The Women’s Center of St. John’s Mercy, located at 12348 Old Tesson, is hosting a Cultivating Joy program from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, June 6 as part of its Fabulous Fridays series. This free workshop will teach you how to bring joy into your life by learning to live in harmony and balance.

Sister Marie Annette Seymour, RSM, Sisters of Mercy, will share her insights on cultivating joy and help teach you to become attuned to your mind, body and spirit. She is a vocation director for the Sister of Mercy and has spent over 20 years teaching and learning about the integration of mind, body and spirit in living a joyful life.
