St. John’s Mercy Health Care Names
Vice President of Mission Services
St. John’s Mercy Health Care recently named Ann Varner vice president of mission services. In this role, Varner will be responsible for integrating the values and principles inherent in the teachings of the Catholic Church into the St. John’s Mercy healing environment.
Most recently, Varner served St. John’s Mercy as director of patient relations and service where she worked with patients and families and helped overall organizational efforts to improve patient satisfaction.
Varner earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., and her master’s degree in social work from St. Louis University.
