The Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) has a major renovation of I-64/Hwy 40 under way on a five-mile stretch beginning about nine miles east of Ballas Road and St. John's Mercy. There may be delays for travelers, who are advised to follow detours around the construction project.
Patients, families, visitors and others going to St. John's Mercy and physician offices on the Medical Center campus are advised to allow extra time. If you are delayed, please call your physician or appointment destination to make them aware of your expected arrival time.
